Cold and freezer storage

Air + Air hot gas defrost freezing and refrigerating system

As a defrost heat source using an outdoor hybrid heat source, the Out Door is used as a re-evaporative heat exchanger, no additional heat exchanger is required. Hot gas refrigerants in the temperature from +90 to 100°C are directly circulated inside the unit cooler to perform sacrificial rites, which can be completed quickly and reduce energy and facility costs.

Characteristics

  • Largely reducing energy costs of conventional heater defrosting and hot water and spray defrosting
  • Differential Pressure Damper Control Self-Diagnostic Defrosting System
  • Pollution prevention and electricity defrosting due to hot water and spray size generally prevent short circuits and fires
  • Compressor capacity control according to cooler surface temperature when deflated (50%, 75%, 100%)
